When I connect my 2007 sansa mp3 player to either of my laptops nothing happens. I get no options to choose what I want to do, no indication there is A USB device connected, and when trying to sync my music my device does not show up. I am guessing I need to update my firmware? My ultimate goal is to get all of my music transferred to a portable external storage device. Is there a work around or other options to get this done?
